Nivs AKA Big Nivs and I attend a good few jap shows every year and this year we popped to Japfest with the JZMafia group.
Silverstone is a great venue for the show and although you can get a little lost with the split up site and maybe miss the odd car here and there I’m always very impressed with the sheer number of Japanese performance cars which attend annually. I loved looking around Simon from EMP Performance’s car and essentially in my eyes seeing the ‘next level’ of a Soarer build from mine really. I’d like to think my car is becoming pretty ‘complete’ and has most areas to a good standard… then you see Simon’s. OMG. Phenomenal.
The day was excellent – the drift and track time is always entertaining to watch and breaks up your day of snacking, pondering over people’s prized motors and see great friends in the jap car community.
